As I'm a blonde, they said me it is impossible to get rid of all hairs, because laser may detect only dark ones. Is that true? 

Hi there and thanks for your question.

The laser light focuses melanin (dark colour) in the unwanted hair. If the hair doesn't have enough melanin, the treatment will be less effective.
