Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for a PT that does beginner boxing? I would like to try it out, have seen someone doing it in Wandsworth common in the summer but Alas didn’t ask their name at the time...

My husband trains clients on Wandsworth Common and uses boxing as part of his programme. He trains all ages and all abilities and is also a school sports coach so is a very good and patient teacher of technique for beginners!
