How to have a second-hand buggy cleaned professionally?

Postby Minatoku » Wed Sep 28, 2011 12:57 pm

Dear NV friends,

I have just been handed a second hand Phil and Teds which is in good condition but pretty dirty.
Would you know where I could have it properly cleaned?
Also one part had to be fixed in my opinion. Any recommendation on where to go?
Many thanks,

Minatoku.

Try Buggy Pitstop. They will do a full valet and fix any parts that are broken and will even collect and deliver from your house if you need them to. I used them to overhaul my bugaboo and they did an excellent job. The only complaint I would have is that their customer service wasnt gret - they can be a bit rude because they have market dominance but they do do a good job and at a reasonable price.

I once read a post that you can hand in your buggy at Peppermint in Northcote Road and then Buggy Pitstop picks up the buggy and fixes/cleans it.

I used Buggy pitstop to get my bugaboo mended and cleaned, it came back like new. Brilliant service. They do all brands.
They pick up buggies from Peppermint on the Northcote Rd and return them about 1 week later.
Definately worth using: http://www.buggypitstop.co.uk/
