If I work for a family a few mornings or afternoons a week as a nanny and then fall pregnant, will my employer be paying out of their pocket my maternity leave or does the government pay? What is the minimum amount of hours I need to work for them not to pay me from their pocket but for the government to or would they be called a small employer? any clarification would be great thanks
