Hi Forum - we're undertaking some renovation work in the BTC area which involves structural work (side return for example). The scope of the project is relatively simple and we're looking for a down to earth architect/plans professional to help with drawings, planning permission etc. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Not sure where you're based but I can really recommend Huntsmore! They're a Project Management & Design firm and handle everything from initial drawings to planning permission right through to delivery of build.

We used Miguel Nobrega - recommended to us by a good friend - he was a really great architect and works with a structural engineer too. Let me know if you’d like his number I can PM it to you!
