Nanny share Clapham Junction/Lavender Hill SW11

Postby AmyH » Thu Oct 22, 2009 12:25 pm

Hi there

I'm looking for a new nanny share family for my very friendly, happy one year old daughter and a truly fantastic (worth her weight in gold) nanny.

Unfortunately our current nanny share family are having to pull out (due to 2nd baby on the way), so looking for a new family for either 3 or 5 days a week (8.15am - 6.45pm).

We live by Battersea Arts Centre (Lavender Hill) and have a double buggy, travel cot & loads of toys so would prefer to keep the share at our house, but open to discussion. We've done a nanny share since our little girl was 6 months old and she thrives on having a little buddy to play with, so I hope I can find her another buddy very soon!! We're looking for a new family from November 20th onwards.

Please do get in touch

Hi there,

We live on Prince of Wales Drive, Battersea Park and we are looking for a full or part time share. We would be happy for our little boy to spend his time at your place if the nanny could help with morning pick ups/drop offs. Do you think this could work?

A bit about us - I work in television news and my husband is a banker. We are looking to share the cost of childcare, but also hoping to find a little companion for our beautiful baby boy so he can continue to grow into a sociable and confident little chap.

Please let me know if you are interested in talking. Good luck in any case.

Cordelia.

Hi AmyH,

We live near Clapham Junction Station and I take the train to work. Due to my work company having financial problem, I am finding it difficult to maintain my 17 month old son's nanny. I am now considering nanny sharing or childminder. You're nanny seems very good - I am looking for a caring, patient, intellligent and hygienic one. The idea of doing the sharing at your place is okey as we live in a flat not ideal to share with other babies because of space. I am looking for a 4 days a week childcare (8am to 5pm) so how much would our share cost? My worry is the morning journeys to your place - I don't drive and would normally walk to the station everyday. A lot of our close friends, relatives and our nanny said that my son is a very calm baby compare to lot of children they know - hardly hear him scream. Would that suite your baby?

My husband and I plus our son could come to your place so we can meet and work out things between our families. I think it will be good to start settling our babies immediately after the new year if it goes well.

Let me know what you think.

Regards,
Amy

Hi there, since you are looking for a family to share your nanny with, maybe you should visit Nanny Share. I was able to find a nice and friendly family living close by willing to share their nanny with me. Our two children get along very well with theirs. This has also reduced childcare cost and we have a nice and reliable nanny to care for our kids. Hope this helps, all the best.
