Mothers help/ Nanny share for 2 households 3 days a week

Hello
I am looking for some help for my 1 year old and also some general help with the housekeeping for 3-4 hours a week from Monday - Wednesday.
The second family needs help 3 afternoons a week too (flexible Monday-Thursday). They will have household tasks and then nursery pickup and care of their 1 year old.
We live right next door to each other so there won’t be much travelling between the houses.
