Hello, my name is Emily and I am a Nutritional Health Coach and Yoga Teacher specialising in unhealthy food relationships and disordered eating.  I trained with the renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition and my passion is to help those who experience overeating, restrictive eating and diet/binge cycles. This is especially so as I struggled with disordered eating for many years and was able to heal my own food relationship.

I have a holistic approach, meaning together we uncover how your diet choices are affected by your wider life. Food issues are more complex than we think, and often we need deeper work to truly heal the root of the problem rather than use a new diet or routine to mask the symptom.

This means my approach is sustainable, gradually adding small changes to positively transform your life in a way that lasts.

Not only will you feel your best in your body but you’ll also free up space for the things you truly love, as you no longer spend time obsessing over food.

Having struggled myself with disordered eating, I’m committed to helping others find their way through a journey that can sometimes feel so hopeless (you can read about my experience on my blog). I understand what a difficult battle it can be, and support you with compassion as a qualified professional with lived experience.
As your coach I act as a partner, providing unconditional support and encouragement through the life changing journey of healing disordered eating patterns.

I offer:
✨Personalised programmes of online coaching sessions tailored to you. I build a programme to help you overcome the difficulties with food you experience, ranging from nutritional guidance to overeating and restrictive diets
✨my signature programme Finding Food Freedom, a twelve session 1:1 online coaching programme for those who struggle with disordered eating to find a life without food obsession and freedom to live healthily and happily
✨ 'Pantry and Plate' sessions, together we take a trip to your local supermarket, where I highlight the most beneficial ingredients and produce specifically for you. We then go back to your house and I show some recipes and how to incorporate healthy dishes seamlessly into your life!

Before committing to any service, you can book a free 1:1 Health History call to meet me virtually, get a taste of how I work and if I can be of help.

I love your holistic approach to healing food relationships and tackling disordered eating. It’s refreshing to hear that you focus on uncovering the root causes instead of just temporary fixes. I believe this kind of sustainable change is key to long-term well-being.

I think it's awesome that you're specializing in disordered eating as a nutritional health coach. It's such an important area to focus on, and people need help navigating that journey. In my personal experience, I’ve found that protein powders can be really helpful for some, especially for those who struggle to get enough protein in their diet. Have you tried recommending goat protein powder? It’s easier on the stomach for some people, and it has a smoother taste than other powders. It might be worth looking into for your clients, as it’s often a gentler option for those with sensitive digestion. It's not always about forcing the usual stuff, but finding something that feels right for each person.
