Interior Designer

Postby Bailey » Sat Nov 21, 2009 6:08 pm

Hey,

We have just finished renovating our terraced Victorian home in Battersea. Our main living room has been transformed from two seperate rooms into one rather large and long room. We are looking for an interior designer or student studying in this field to come to our home and make some drawings and suggestions on how best to use this new space as right now we have two beautiful fireplaces but our small couches and coffee table face only one and the rest of the room is not used. Can you please email me if you know anyone who we could pay to help us maximise our entertaining space. We are willing to buy new sofas and furniture. I am due in three weeks so the sooner the better. Thanks alot. J

You could try http://www.ff-interiors.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and speak to Fenella. I am pretty sure she is based in Battersea too.

Hi

I'm an interior designer, living in Earlsfield. Check out my website: http://www.vickyniceinteriors.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I used to be a TV director on shows like Property Ladder, Changing Rooms and Selling Houses Abroad but retrained as a designer when I became pregnant. I studied at KLC where I was Student of the Year 2007-08.

I would love to come and meet you and take a look at your rooms to see how I can help make them work better for you. You'll find my contact details on the website.

PS - With my TV training I'm used to tight deadlines. I also recently helped another couple who were expecting kit out their place with only 2 weeks to go, so I know of several good sources for getting furniture quickly. V

Dear J

I'm an Interior Designer based in Wandsworth. I was excited to read about your project, and I'm sure I would be able to help you to maximize your space, and to source the right pieces of furniture for it.

I’m a very professional and committed individual with a real passion for design.
I have a diploma in Interior Design from the Academy of Arts and Design in Clapham Common.
I have six years of practical experience, working in both Brazil and the UK.

If you wish to see examples of my work, please have a look at:

I'd be able to start straight away, just give me a call on 07709028367, and we can arrange something.

Regards,

Renata McCartney

Hi J, I'm not an interior designer, but I run a decorating company called Paint the Town Green. We specialize in environmentally friendly paint which has no toxic fumes or nasty paint smell. A lot of or clients are pregnant women or parents with small children who are concerned about the effects paint fumes can have on them and their children. We have our own colour chart with a fantastic range of contemporary colours. Have a look at our website http://www.paintthetowngreen.biz" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or do give me a call on 07956 834112 if you would like to know more or if you would like a copy of our colour chart. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Phil
