I am on the hunt for a flat in SW12 and (after finding the estate agents so unresponsive in the last couple of weeks) I thought I would put the word out to you lovely people and see whether anyone knows anyone who is looking to rent space out. I would ideally like a 1 or 2 bedroom flat (no studios) walking distance to Balham Station ideally for between £200 and upper limit of £300 per week. If you hear of anything please let me know.
