It has had light use for 2 children and is in good condition.
The cot bed has safety teething rails, 3 mattress heights and a one handed drop side. The cotbed cost £250 when new.
The dimensions of the cot bed are as follows:

Internal Size: L140 x W70cm
I am also including the mattress which is relatively new and has only been used by my 22 month year old during the odd nights she wasn't sleeping with us!!!!
The mattress cost £150 when new and the cover is made with silver thread making it 99% antibaterial. The cover can be easily unzipped and washed.
