Highly effective HypnoBirthing techniques can be learnt quickly and easily at my short, affordable workshops in Herne Hill or at your home.

Hypnosis is key to HypnoBirthing so it's important to learn with a hypnotherapist to use the techniques safely and to benefit a maximum. I am a fully qualified and registered hypnotherapist and have taught HypnoBirthing to countless couples for more than 10 years.

Prices start from £44.99 (online) and £89 in a group class. The groups are very small, fun and informative. I love what I do and I love empowering women to feel positive and in control of their birth.
