Yoga and Mindfulness - Sunday afternoons

Fancy a break on Sunday afternoon, at 2.00pm - and then on alternate Sundays through the summer, Veena Ugargol will be leading a yoga and Mindfulness class at reCentre health. The alternative to a heavy Sunday lunch, come and lighten your day with some peace and presence.

A yoga therapy approach for mental health, this blend of yoga and mindfulness practises facilitates the development and maintenance of emotional well-being. Yoga practises are used to enable a foundation with which to build mindfulness practise. The practises are gentle with much emphasis on breathwork throughout. This class is appropriate for anybody who would like to develop both yoga and mindfulness aspects and is particularly helpful if you feel stressed, depressed and/or anxious.

Yoga and mindfulness has had two lovely classes already this summer. The third is coming up on Sunday. Book online so Veena knows you are coming. We're looking forward to another peaceful Sunday afternoon.
