A yoga therapy approach for mental health, this blend of yoga and mindfulness practises facilitates the development and maintenance of emotional well-being. Yoga practises are used to enable a foundation with which to build mindfulness practise. The practises are gentle with much emphasis on breathwork throughout. This class is appropriate for anybody who would like to develop both yoga and mindfulness aspects and is particularly helpful if you feel stressed, depressed and/or anxious.
