Have you considered herbal medicine and nutrition? I'm a practitioner of both, with a practice in Thurloe Street, South Kensington. Baby eczema is very related to gut issues, changes in the gut flora, permeability of the gut lining. I see many children (and mothers' too!) with gut/skin issues and they often resolve very well with alternative treatment.
