Spanish After School or Saturday Tuition Post Reply

Since I am so hopeless myself, I'd love my 5 year old twins to start learning a language sooner rather than later. Can anyone recommend or provide classes or private tuition for this age in the Putney/Wandsworth area? And if I found some other interested mums could anyone be interested in tutoring a small group?

Hello Hemma

I only checked your post right now. As far as I know, there is a lovely anglo-spanish nursery in Clapham and some spanish private tuitions or classes for kids between months up to 4 years old.
My question is: what happens with the spanish private tuitions or classes for kids between 5 years old up to 11-12 years old? I don't know about any place in the southwest. It would be interesting to find out, I'm quite sure there are more mums interested about this matter for kids of these ages.

Raising a child to be bilingual is probably one of the best things you can do for their mind development.

I am native Spanish speaker and I love teaching my language and am passionate about helping kids become fluent in Spanish.

Yes there are classes held at Northcote Library on Mondays after school. She also does private tutoring, so maybe she could cater for your own group. There is a link to send her an email on her website

If you still haven't found what you were looking for, check Todos a Cantar. Classes for babies/toddlers, and NEW from Sep 2013 Classes for 5-11year olds. Classes in Wimbledon Park and in Southfields.
