Nanny Share Offered from January

I am looking to find a sharer for my amazing Norland trained nanny. She works for me full time but would be available on Mondays, Tuesdays and possibly Wednesdays from January, to share with another family. I have a 16 month old son, so ideally would want to share with child of a similar age. We are based in Clapham South / Balham area and would be happy to host at ours but can be flexible.
