In yoga we are constantly striving for the balance between strength and flexibility - to build a strong, toned balanced body while maintaining fluidity and suppleness. This vinyasa style class working with stronger poses will help to build a firm, toned and balanced body as well as a calm, focussed and relaxed mind. This course is ideally suited to those who have some experience of yoga, and is very challenging.
