Leading construction and property firm requires a highly professional and self-motivated secretary at their London Office. You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Partners.
Candidates must possess excellent organisation and communication skills with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and make decisions.
Key responsibilities include diary management, typing of correspondence (including audio typing), production of presentation materials, filing, meeting arrangements, minutes, message-taking and maintaining excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with proven secretarial experience in a professional office environment. Candidates must possess a confidential and professional approach to work with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be highly numerate, computer literate (advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010) and have a flexible attitude to work.
