Physiotherapy and Pilates in the Tonsleys, SW18.

I am a Specialist Womens Health Physiotherapist, and a qualified Pilates Instructor (APPI certified). My expertise is in ante and post natal physiotherapy and pilates. I have been working in some of Londons leading hospitals for 10 years, and alongside experts in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology. I am also a local mum, and have 1st hand experience in pregnancy related musculoskeletal issues, and realise the problems associated with 'getting back in shape' post baby!

I am offering private physiotherapy and/or pilates for mums and mums to be, from Studio 45 in Wandsworth Town, SW18.

Hi I'm interested to hear more about your Pilates with baby. I have AS and had terrible sacroiliac problems in my first trimester so want to get fit now my son is 7 months and prevent reoccurrence of joint issues.
