I'm a big fan of Ju-Ju-Be bags. They're an American brand, but not easy to find in shops here. I have several, but have bought them all online.

I like the bags because there are lots of pockets, are well thought out and organised. The entire bag - and changing mat are treated with a microbacterial thingy and are machine washable.

There are some flowery patterns, and some less so. They do have a couple of designs aimed at Dads; I have this one in khaki.

Skip Hop do good unisex changing bags, and their black messenger bag is very good... Jo Jo Maman Bebe have a good selection of changing bags...

Stork Sak also do lovely changing bags, but these are possibly more feminine.
