On Saturday, I was running an Interior Design class and needed to hire a room to hold the class due to a last minute change. It wasn't that easy to find a local, suitable space.
I secured a venue in the end after making lots of phone calles, but it got me thinking that there must be lots of empty spaces that have been neglected and could be available to hire, once they have been decorated?
I have lots of friends who run their own business and need to hire rooms to hold classes etc.
