A nanny normally needs insurance to become registered with ofsted..
Parents should pay this, as its of no benefit to the nanny, its only for use if the parents want to sue the nanny.. So it benefits the parent, not the nanny,
The same as being ofsted registered, this foes not benefit the nanny, it only benefits the parents so they can use tax free vouchers against them, so again, why should the nanny pay out for it
