Looking for a self contained studio flat/1 bedroom

I'm a full time mature nanny looking for a self contained studio flat or 1 bedroom flat in Wandsworth, Southfields ,Earlsfield, Balham or close by. My current landlord is selling. I can supply excellent reference.
