Urgent wax!

Postby ordinarygirl09 » Thu Jun 10, 2010 4:50 pm

New to the area, moved two days ago. With the move and an energetic 15-month-old I have neglected myself!! Can anyone recommend a good therapist for a wax. I live between wandsworth and clapham common and don't mind up to 20 minute walk.
many thanks...x

I had a very good wax recently at Bare, 17 Webbs Rd, SW11 1XJ Tel: 020 7924 2461 www.bare.uk.com

Very professional and very quick, would definitely recommend.

if you dont mind going a little further I can suggest Anthony Laban on Lavender Hill. Ive been going there for years for both hair and beauty and I guess the fact Ive been there for so long shows its brill for me..
I would recommend Gemma!

Heres there website

Along similar lines; does anyone have any suggestions for getting a wax during the day while toddler is running around.... I'm thinking mobile beautician or somewhere with a creche? Thanks.

Hi capmum,

Our Aveda spa on Ritherdon Road (just off Balham High Road between Balham and Tooting Bec) is designed to be mum- and baby-friendly. We offer express treatments and expert waxing, and if your little one is too big for the travel cots we offer in your treatment room we have a relaxation area to entertain them with chalkboard wall and lots of books.

visit our website www.independentmbs.co.uk
book by emailing Ritherdon@independentmbs.co.uk or call 0208 772 0208
