I recently had my 40th birthday party at home - we had about 50 people - and we used Greig Hunter (greighunter@googlemail.com) who is the chef at Ben's Canteen on St John's Hill. The food was amazing and everyone was just blown away - the presentation was fantastic, the food was extremely delicious. He was really lovely and very calm and organised as well. We didn't have servers but he did say that he could have organised them for us easily if we wanted. Please contact him - you will definitely not be sorry. Friends are still talking about how amazing the food was weeks after.
