What is BuggyBells?
It is a fun, fast, effective 45 minute small group personal training 3 times a week. It's for Post Natal Mums who would like to bust their belly fat, sky rocket their fitness and get their bodies back.

Who Is it aimed at?
Mums who hate gyms and want to enjoy the buzz of exercising again after having children and feel sexy again.
When Are The BuggyBells Classes?
Every Mon, Weds and Fri 11am-11:45am rain, snow or shine!
Where are they held?
At The Common Ground Cafe- Wandsworth Common
Can I come if I haven’t done Kettlebells before?
Of course you can! These classes are aimed at Mums who are new to Kettlebells and are ready to begin exercising again. As long as you have had your 6 weeks check up with your GP and have no complications then you will be fine.
How many Mums are typically in a Buggybells Class?
No more than 15- as we want to get YOU all REAL results and want to be able to ensure your technique and form is 100% and that you will be in safe hands.
Can babies come too?
Of course they can! We understand that paying for extra childcare is a pain in the neck and we want you to be able to get out in the fresh air and meet other like minded Mums who are keen to show off their new little delights whilst exercising! We even have our very own play pen!
How much is it?
