I am looking for a lovely warm,caring, energetic and reliable live-in Au Pair Plus/Nanny to help look after my gorgeous twin boys Gabriel and Lewis who are nearly 2 years old. The boys are fun and full of life and giggle a lot... My current Nanny is happy to give a reference
Location : Tooting Bec/Wandsworth
Close to Tooting Bec tube station, Balham Station, buses, cafes, bars and the commons
I am seeking a full time live-in au pair plus / nanny to help look after the boys sole charge whilst I go to work.
You must be a good English speaker, have experience of looking after young children, be safety-conscious, cheerful, confident, loving and honest. Making friends is key, both for yourself and also for the boys as they like play dates and lots of company. You should also be a non-smoker, over 20, and have checkable UK references.
Core hours are 8:00 to 19:00 Mon-Fri although this will be less on the day I will work from home. In addition, babysitting 4 evenings a month however weekend evenings will be extra pay.
Key responsibilities are:
- sole charge of the boys whilst I am at work
- prepare children's meals - tasty and nutritious
- cleaning and tidying up after the children
- provide stimulating and entertaining activities
- bathing children; reading stories
- taking the boys to activities like the parks and clubs and arranging play dates
- keeping the boys safe and loved
- laundry and light housework (I will have a cleaner once a week from Sept)
Start: Mid to end Sept
* For a minimum of 12months
* Review after one month
Accommodation:
Bedroom with wifi, tv/DVD, built in wardrobes, shared bathroom, full access to rest of the house. All meals provided. Telephone excluded
Holidays:
4 weeks paid holiday per year pro rata plus bank holidays.
Other Requirements:
* Good oral and written English
* Experience of work with children particularly babies
* CRB check
* First Aid certificate
* Non-smoker
* Likes cats - I have 2
* Ideally registering to receive part payment in childcare vouchers
