Morning all,

I am looking for a local recommended architect to draw up some plans and submit them into the council for us. We want to do a kitchen extension and a loft conversion, with maybe a couple of other small bits.

We don't have a huge budget so I am really only interested in someone to do the plans and submission, not someone who wants to run the whole building project.

Try Joe at revive renovations, for £850 he did our plans/application for a large roof extension which was approved, cheapest quote we found, number 07702322072

We used Robert Wilson at Granit info@granit.co.uk. He did all the plans and submitted for planning but didn't oversee the work (although in many ways I wish we had had the budget for him to do so). Did a great job, and is very inventive with small spaces, fitting in lots of storage for example.
