Thanks SFMC. I guess it's fair enough given they give us more holiday entitlement than the statutory minimum, but you'd have thought they would be obliged to pay us the difference, ie in my case 20 statutory days + 8 bank holidays - 25 days holiday granted = 3 days. 3 days really isn't worth arguing about, but the principle is annoying!

Just wanted to point out that I have been on maternity for 9 months now and have been paid for all bank holidays as they are! I do also accrue 28 days holiday!! It's worth checking again, as my company would not pay anything unless they have to!! ..
