It's simple to get around it, just ask for a fluent Tagalog speaker :)

I also find it outrageous to stereotype, nannies (people) by nationality, what planet are you on? A person looking after your children, family, home should be a person you can trust on what they bring to you personally and not be Catergorized by race, nationality or creed......... :evil:
