My name is Lilly and I manage a boutique fitness studio, Barrecore, just across from Wandsworth Town station.
I'm really excited to share that we're launching our first prenatal group classes on 16th February!
Our new classes have been specially designed to help clients work out safely and effectively during their pregnancies. It offers clients workable modifications for key Barrecore moves, which can then be applied during regular (non pre-natal) classes.
