The Baby Care company is a small local company based between the commons, that runs courses and 121 sessions which help you prepare for life with your baby.
All of the mums we've asked wished they'd spent more time thinking about what it'd be like when their baby arrived rather than just focusing on the birth.
Those first few weeks are quite a shock to the system but you can be better prepared and we have the insider knowledge to help you.
