Nutrition: Long Term Coaching for weight loss

My coaching helps every day men, women and teenager to lose weight but not only to

I know it's hard to set up your mind and start your journey to lose weight until you meet your goal, lots of people try - fail - and try again - and fail, and spend hours in the gym but months and years later, no changes. When you lose weight, your body fights back. You may be able to lose quite a lot of weight at first, without much effort. However loss may slow down or stop altogether for a while. Changing your weight and your lifestyle require dedication, self-discipline, perseverance and resilience
Every day I help men, women and teenager to reach their goal with a nutritional therapy based on long term coaching.
