Where/how would you find one ?

The best one out there is Norland agency - the nannies / mannies are fully trained career nannies. Google ‘employ a Norland nanny’ and it will come up.

There are many ways you can start your search. Agencies, advertising, childcare websites, word of mouth etc. It’s not really about where to look but what you find and how to choose the right person for the role. A lot depends on financials because employing a nanny can cost thousands monthly.
