Nanny/mother's help wanted for Fridays

I am looking for a nanny/mother's help for one day a week on a Friday. I have 2 daughters, one aged 2.5yrs and one aged 5months and I need some assistance with housework and with entertaining & looking after the girls to allow me to have some time to myself once a week. The hours are flexible. Looking for someone who is first aid trained and CRB checked please. We have a very friendly and well behaved Springer Spaniel so you must be comfortable having a dog in the house.
