We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic confident and reliable Front of House team member who will also help with simple marketing for the brand, Ankha.
Ankha is a Private GP and Personal training wellness club with a focus on longevity and lifestyle medicine. Science backed movement.
Importantly, as they are the first point of contact for patients and clients they should be confident about welcoming them in and efficiently processing appointments, pre-appointment questionnaires on i-pad devices and have basic but sound knowledge of how to use a PC and telephone devices. Taking payments and selling products will all eventually fall under the role.
They would be able to open the premises ensuring all areas are tidy and neat at all times and offer drinks and refill complimentary drinks etc to help us create a warm and relaxed environment for busy clientele who are often in a hurry.
They would show willingness to work hard, work in a team and show initiative for taking on the development of the front of house area.
Initially, the job will be very undemanding and we shall carefully assist in every way to make them learn all aspects of the role.
It will be a stand out candidate who will then make it their own.
