Hoping that someone can offer some advice!
We have a 21 month old little girl who has started her day at 5am for the last 21 months - she's very good at going to bed however she has now also started waking in the night and the 5am start is creeping towards 4am - baby number 2 is due in 3 weeks.....
We are now at the point, having tried every trick in the book, where we need to get some professional help to try and help her (and us!) sleep longer. Can anybody recommend a sleep consultant we could use? Thanks so much for any suggestions that anyone might have.
