Barre class

Could anyone recommend a Barre class or studio locally and can anyone tell me if it suitable for a not very fit person!

Hi there, I am attending this lovely adult ballet class. Given that barre classes are based on ballet technique, I thought maybe you might want to give this a try? You don't have to be fit but you will get fit! :)

I attend Barre classes at Willow on Northcote Rd and would very much recommend. Some instructors/classes are more demanding than others, happy to share my view on which ones via PM!

There are certain teachers and courses that are more challenging than others; I would be pleased to give my opinion on some of them via private message.
