I've been teaching yoga for over 10 years and I especially love teaching pregnancy yoga because the benefits to my students are so self evident. In addition to the physical benefits of pregnancy yoga for birth preparation, my classes will nurture your mind, and spirit. They will provide an opportunity for you to relax in a calm, safe environment, whilst starting to connect with your baby.
Classes are run in blocks of four on Saturday mornings at 10:15 am and the next classes will be commencing 17th February 2024.
