Hello! We are Link UP London and we connect Skilled Volunteers to Social Good Organisations (Charities, Social Enterprises etc.) on short-term, flexible volunteering projects.
We are looking for a Skilled Volunteer to support Croydon-based community group, Cre8 Football, who would like support developing their HR policies.
They would like help mapping out a process for onboarding new volunteers, including developing template volunteer role descriptions.
Cre8 Football deliver sessions, workshops, and projects for kids to improve sporting, health and educational progression, employment, and life skills. They work with approximately 300 children and young people every week!

This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 3 months, totalling around 24 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
