Before starting a Post natal exercise programme I strongly suggest new mummies have a Mummy MOT with a qualified Women’s Health Physio to check their pelvic floor or to teach them Caesarean scar massage . Posture/ the pelvic girdle and abdominal separation need to be assessed before commencing most exercises.
