Do silk pillowcases improve skin?

Does anyone have silk bedding? In particular pillowcases to help with hair and skin maintenance? Not sure if I am just buying the hype? If anyone uses them and likes them I would love a brand recommendation. Thanks.

I suggest try a pillowcase first snd see if you like the effect.

I bought one although didn't notice if it reduced morning wrinkles or smoothed my hair as claimed.
I did find it a bit cool to touch for winter use, nut warmer months it may be nice, also it marked if I had night cream on.
