LOOKING FOR A 2 bedroom flat to rent in Balham, Wandsworth common , Between the commons.

Hello we are a family of 3 ( me, my husband and 4 yo daughter) and are looking for a flat to rent.
we have been living in the area for 7 years, in the same flat but although we love it, it is time to move to a more spacious place.

we can provide excellent references. 

we are very considerate and quiet tenants.
