My daughter is 13 months old, we have never had a full nights sleep
I had an extremely difficult pregnancy and couldn't sleep then as well. I have a chronic back condition and by the evening I'm so tierd and in so much pain, I find it very difficult to implement any routine. I do whatever is the easiest. As I have no strength to do anything else. I have treks control crying and have got my daughter back in her cot for most of the night. She came to my bed at 6 months as I was immobile and couldn't get up to feed her.I would really like and appreciate someone tocome in and help us establish a good sleeping routine. With my bad health and lack of sleep I'm struggling.
