for mums with babies aged 0 - 9 months 
in the Southwark and Croydon areas.Breathe Melodies for Mums has been designed to energise and uplift new mothers. Maybe you're feeling a bit anxious or stressed, maybe you're struggling to connect with your little one, or maybe those baby blues are stretching on for longer than they should. Either way we're here to help.
We're a bit different than the average mother and baby group - while your baby will love the sessions, we're all about making YOU feel amazing!
Our group singing sessions have been scientifically proven to boost your mood, reduce anxiety, and help you connect with your baby. We take a unique and empowering approach, that puts mums at the heart, working with professional singing leads, and singing songs from round the world.
South Norwood: Monday 27th January to Monday 31st March 2025 (10.30am to 11.30am) at Samuel Coleridge-Taylor Centre, SE25 6XX
