Hiya, Never been on Mark Warner holiday but have had some great breaks with Neilson in the sun and snow. We were actually away with them last summer when a family we made friends with (read laughed at each others windsurfing skills and drunk wine with) suggested a ski break - we were all total novices... still are really but it was lots of fun :D

We went as a bit of a motley crew of family, kids and friends and across the board everyone had a great time. Snow angels all round!

Would love to be going again this year but something something mother-in-law something something!

Worth checking out as another option and they seem to have some nice family type offers at the mo. *getting jealous* Lots of info on this page of the Neilson website: http://www.neilson.co.uk/ski/family-holidays

Hope it's useful :) Have a lovely holiday x

I would highly recommend VIP and Scott Dunn (for a higher budget)

or if you are holidaying with a company in Morzine, look at Jack Frosts for childrcare. They have private nannies (and used to have a creche, not sure if they still do) who will come to you in whatever chalet you are staying in!

Not sure if you have already got yourself sorted but if we can help, do let us know. We specialise in family ski holidays and like others have suggested Neilson, VIP or Scott Dunn are all good options but it does depend on your budget. Crystal ski have childcare options with their Penguin clubs and Club Med offer good childcare too. Whatever you find, if we can help, do give us a call or drop by the shop @ 10 Blandfield Rd SW12 - Travel matters.
It wont cost you any more to pick our brains!

Hello. We used mark Warner last year in les deux alpes and my little boy was 19 months. We all had a really wonderful time. I was a bit concerned before we went about the crèche and whether he would want to leave me to go in but from day one he couldn't wait to get there...

The crèche was in a bit of a dingy room, but it was spotlessly clean and the nannies take the kids out in the morning and afternoon. My son didn't notice, just us.

If you want luxury, however, then don't go with mark Warner, but we had the most fabulous time knowing our son was happy. The hotel was central and clean and beds nice... Just not utter luxury, but it didn't bother us and we had nice balconies overlooking the slopes. Food and included wine were fine too.

We don't really love the evening group stuff mark Warner do, so just didn't take part after dinner and had drinks ourselves.

Kids can sleep in their own rooms or in the snuggle club and you pick them up at end of evening...

I would definitely go back!

I did 10 full seasons, 6 of them for ski olympic a very good chalet company. childcare is a specialist skill and we (ski olympic) decided that the local agencies or specialist companies were better placed to deal with that.

mark warner's have a good reputation though the chalet hotel set up isn't for everyone. VIP and Scott Dunn are good too but come with a big price tag.

We're going with Ski Espirit who have built their reputation on childcare and certainly justified that when I worked in the industry. Check out Neilson's and Family Ski too.

Don't forget though it pretty much comes down to the staff so check what qualifications and experience the companies require. Enjoy!
