I am expecting baby number 2 so no longer have a full time position available for our nanny who has looked after our 20 month old daughter since March 2011.
She has been a brilliant carer for our daughter as well as another toddler as part of a nannyshare arrangement ensuring that the kids are on a good routine with lunchtime naps, taking them out to local activities, classes and play dates and preparing nutritious meals. She has also been 100% reliable and has a lovely calm approach to caring for children. Our daughter is always delighted to see her in the mornings and is happy and smiley when I return in the evenings. She has completed a first aid course and is also in the process of obtaining OFSTED registration.
