Ad hoc babysitter needed Tooting

Hello there,

We currently have a 1 year old son, and another baby due in August.

Having no family nearby and realising that all of our friends are slowly moving out of London, we are struggling to get out for even a few hours together to have a meal or watch a movie!

We live in Tooting Broadway and are looking for someone local who could watch our son for an evening or two a month, either weekdays or weekends, so that we can get out together for a while!

We are also looking for someone who could be available as an emergency contact for our son when he starts nursery in April (Weds - Fri) as my husband and I both work more than an hour away.

We live in tooting broadway and we have a lovely au pair Laura from Mallorca. She would be interested in helping you out with some baby sitting. Laura helps us with our 16 month and almost 3yr old and babysits once or twice a week for us.

Hello, I am a 16 year old A-level student in need of a job to help me in terms of gaining new skills and experiences, and also to earn money for future education (I definitely want to go to university, but currently fees are extortionate), etc. I know I am not a professional babysitter, and I am an only child-but I have looked after my younger cousins, and I love young children! I have also started helping out with drama clubs, assisting the younger children! However, due to doing A-levels, I would only be able to work part time, mainly on the weekends, but also on most days after school, depending on the times-which, if you are interested, we could definitely sort out and discuss! I would be able to provide some help with homework, and if needs be, tutoring assistance with a select number of subjects (English Literature, English Language, Sociology, Religious Education and Drama), but of course would also ensure that they have fun/enjoy their time in my care! Also, I would also be able to help out with any light housework, cooking, shopping tasks, pet-sitting, house-sitting, etc.
I live in Southgate, but my Sixth Form is in Highgate, near to Archway and Gospel Oak, but the distance I am willing to travel is not just limited to only those areas/the nearby surrounding ones. I hope that all of the information I have provided you is of importance to you and your children!

Hi,

I am a 26 year old graduate-professional, currently looking after events for an investment bank. I have been babysitting since the age of 13, both day, evening and overnight for children from birth. I am based in Clapham and available evenings and weekends, charging £10 per hour.

I have worked with regular families for over ten years at home in the countryside, as well as on an ad hoc basis since moving to London three years ago. I have also babysat overnight on several occasions for three children under the age of five within their own home in the countryside whilst the parents were attending events in London. My experience ranges from young babies to teenagers. I am DBS checked and first aid trained.
