Hi

Does anyone know of a local kitchen cabinet maker that they can recommend?. I have some design in mind and would rather go through a joiner than a big kitchen showroom type place.

Hello - you may want to consider us... we're a kitchen design business but we don't have any big showrooms. Rather we keep our costs at around 30% less than the high street by not having traditional showrooms. Instead, when clients want to see our kitchens we take them to see a couple we've already installed, so you get to see real kitchens in real homes. My husband's company makes kitchens (and wardrobes, shelves, etc) and has done a couple of kitchens for friends who were so pleased so I can happily recommend him.

He has a workshop on Lavender Hill so all the cutting, painting etc is done off site so minimum disruption for you and I am told his guys are very polite and tidy when on site.
