Data recovery from an external hard drive?

Anyone know anyone who might be able to help?? Think something may have gone wrong with the lead but can't get hold of a new one. Would love to get all my stored photos off it!

We use Steve Oldfield solutions he is brilliant. Based in Richmond but worth the trip...

Or if he is coming over I've got some work he can do at the same time...

I've used 'You, Me and IT' for about 5 years for all my computer/ printer problems and cant recommend Bobby (the owner) highly enough. He'll come on his motorbike to your home, take away the offending item and bring it back fixed. Prices have always been very reasonable.

There is a great little shop called Atlas Computing (it's on Cathles Road, close to Clapham South tube station), which specializes in computer repairs. I had my laptop fixed there last year, the guy who runs it seemed very knowledgeable - he may be able to help. Very reasonable prices and quick turnaround.
